Celia J. Collins Elected to Third Term on Alabama State Bar Board of Bar Commissioners

Celia J. Collins has been reelected to a third term on the Alabama State Board of Bar Commissioners. Collins has served on the commissioners board since 1998 and was the second woman in the history of the State Bar to hold the position of Vice President of the Alabama State Bar when she was elected in 2003.
