By guiding teams through the emotional friction of technology adoption with a high-touch "bedside manner," Steven effectively secures long-term organizational buy-in. He applies these same counseling techniques and active listening to help his clients navigate the complexities of their litigation issues, ensuring they receive compassionate, dedicated support and clear communication throughout the legal process.
