Frederick “Will’ Killion, IV

Will Killion helps his clients in a wide variety of subject matters. His practice area includes personal injury insurance defense litigation, probate matters, and worker’s compensation defense. He has represented clients in numerous insurance defense personal injury cases. He has experience in probate matters including working with individuals who have mental illness or mental decline.


Prior to going into private practice, Will served as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Ben H. Brooks in the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Mobile County, Alabama, where he worked on a wide variety of civil and criminal matters. This background provided an excellent foundation by giving him firsthand knowledge about how judges think, work, and what matters to them.


Will strives to handle every case for his clients in a timely and effective manner while providing responsiveness to ensure client’s priorities and needs are met.
